Ron Mattos

Ron Mattos has been in construction his whole life from a very young age as a helper working for his uncle doing residential construction projects. Eventually went on to managing multiple crews on various home improvement projects. After mastering project management, he worked with bigger companies in the industry learning sales and marketing. He then ran a marketing and sales staff of over 60 reps generating over $70 million in yearly sales. Moving up the ranks as time went on he had an opportunity to run a fire alarm and security company in the NYC high-rise market which was one of the biggest in the state. Managing everything from company financials, manpower allocation, overseeing operations, and market expansion.
