Steve Gonzalez got his start in the construction world early on working for the union in NYC high-rise market. Fell in love with sales and went on to have a great career in sales and marketing for one of the biggest names in the remodeling industry which he achieved some of the biggest accolades in the company by selling more than a million dollars worth of home improvements multiple years in a row. He also mentored and managed a team of sales reps that was responsible for over $30 million dollars of lifetime sales. Still eager to expand his knowledge he immersed himself into operations and worked as an installer eventually managing crews of his own.
